Community Alert: For over 30 years, West 23rd Street Community Garden has been a neglected, unsafe, rat-infested eyesore. It’s become notorious for intoxicated activities, illegal dumping, broken BBQ pits, stolen vehicles, and dangerous conditions.
The Coney Island Community and Gardeners Deserve Better! Current gardeners face serious ongoing issues including:
